Common questions about our practice and Direct Primary Care.
Direct Primary Care is a healthcare model that provides patients with comprehensive primary care services for a monthly fee. This fee covers all routine services, such as check-ups, and preventive care.
In traditional models, patients pay per visit. In DPC, you pay a flat monthly fee for unlimited access. DPC providers typically have smaller patient panels, allowing for more personalized care and longer appointments.
DPC is not typically covered by insurance. However, some patients use their insurance for services not covered under DPC, such as specialist care or hospital visits. DPC pairs well with high-deductible plans.
Phase Care charges $100 per month for membership. Your first visit is completely freeāit's a great way to meet us and see if we're a good fit for your healthcare needs.
Yes. We intentionally keep a smaller patient panel to protect same/next-day access and longer visits. When we reach capacity, we pause new memberships and maintain a waitlist.
Our pricing is simple and transparent. As demand and availability change, pricing for new memberships may be updated. The pricing shown on this site reflects current enrollment.
DPC is not a substitute for health insurance. We recommend maintaining insurance for major medical events, hospitalizations, and specialists. DPC covers your day-to-day primary care needs.
